What you need to bring to the table:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field required, Master’s preferred.
8+ years of experience in engineering or related projects, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Proven ability to lead, manage, and inspire a team.
PE required, SE preferred
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and a focus on innovation.
